FastAPI Backend Review & Production Readiness Assessment

I'm looking for an experienced Python Developer with strong FastAPI, Backend Development, Software Development, and Full Stack Development experience to review an existing backend application and evaluate what it will take to make it production-ready. The backend has already been built, and the goal is to perform a technical review of the existing implementation. You'll assess the overall backend architecture, code quality, project structure, REST API Development, API design, authentication and authorization, database layer, validation, error handling, logging, configuration management, API Integration, and security. The review should identify production blockers, bugs, performance bottlenecks, scalability concerns, technical debt, and AI-generated code that should be refactored before deployment. Experience as a Python Full Stack Developer or Full Stack Developer AI working with modern backend systems is highly valued. Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, PostgreSQL, MySQL, JavaScript, and Node.js is expected. Experience collaborating with React Developers and reviewing backend APIs that support modern Web Application development is a plus. Please provide practical recommendations and prioritize the findings based on their impact. The final deliverable should include a structured backend review, a production readiness assessment, and an estimate of the effort required to resolve the identified issues and prepare the backend for deployment. Experience with Git/GitHub, AWS, and reviewing existing backend systems for production readiness is highly preferred. Familiarity with backend integrations for AI Chatbot solutions is an advantage.
