Frontend Engineer

We are looking for a frontend engineer to join our customer team at Hercules. Hercules is an AI app builder like Lovable, Replit, Base44. You will: - Resolve tier 3 tickets including a) issues with user apps and b) issues with the Hercules platform - Build automations to automatically resolve tier 1 and tier 2 tickets - Build automations to summarize voice of customer and product feedback to the full company - Keeping our knowledge base up to date We are looking for someone who: - has excellent communication skills (spoken and written English) - is highly proficient in TypeScript - understands DNS - understands web development (auth, backend, frontend, database) - is capable of responding to ~30 tier 3 tickets per day with AI help - can use AI to 10x their productivity
