HIPAA Compliant Platform Developer for Women's Health Startup

**please do not call to contact us about this posting** Emmi Health is a precision PCOS coaching platform helping women understand and manage their hormonal health through data-driven, personalized lifestyle protocols. We run a 12-week coaching program with a contracted health coach, and we're building a digital product that replaces a HIPAA compliant practice software and manual data integration workflows with a real two-sided app: a client-facing daily tracking experience and a coach-facing dashboard. Coaching platform: We are currently evaluating which HIPAA-compliant coaching/EHR platform (e.g. Healthie) will serve as the clinical record and provider workflow layer. We need someone who can build cleanly against a TBD API integration rather than assuming everything lives in one system. We need someone who can take this from prototype to production. What we're building A mobile-first progressive web app (PWA) — built to support a clean migration to a native iOS/Android app (React Native) in a future phase. Architecture decisions should account for this from day one: shared business logic, API-first data layer, no PWA-specific hacks that would make native migration painful.
