Summary We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory & Bookkeeping Assistant with Cin7 experience to support our daily inventory and bookkeeping operations. This role requires close collaboration with management through regular video meetings, daily coordination, and ongoing communication. Responsibilities Manage and maintain inventory records within Cin7 Monitor stock levels, inventory movements, and inventory reconciliations Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including transaction entry, reconciliations, and financial record maintenance Support accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Maintain accurate financial and operational records Generate inventory and financial reports as required Assist with general administrative and operational tasks Participate in daily meetings and provide regular progress updates Requirements Proven experience with Cin7 Inventory Management Experience with bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management processes Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software is preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication skills in English Reliable internet connection and ability to attend video calls regularly Available for daily coordination and ongoing communication during working hours Communication Expectations Available for an initial video interview and onboarding session Comfortable with video calls, screen sharing, and daily briefings Responsive to messages and able to provide daily updates Willing to work closely with management and follow established processes Preferred Qualifications Experience with eCommerce businesses and inventory-heavy operations Experience integrating Cin7 with accounting platforms Knowledge of inventory reconciliations, purchasing, and stock adjustments Experience handling multi-channel inventory management To Apply Please provide: Your experience with Cin7 and inventory management.
