PROJECT TYPE: Part-time Contract HOURS: Flexible (Part-time / Hourly based on milestones) LOCATION: Fully Remote TARGET: Individual Freelancers Only (No Agencies) 💎 ABOUT THE ROLE Retail Circle is building the lifestyle Operating System for luxury merchants, experts, and collectors to automate business operations with AI. We are looking for an expert, ultra-fast AI-Native Frontend Developer & UI/UX Designer to join us on a part-time/contract basis. This is not a role for someone who occasionally uses AI to speed up tasks. We are looking for an expert whose entire workflow is built around Claude (Claude Code, Artifacts, Projects) or similar advanced AI tools to design, prototype, and ship beautiful interfaces at 3x to 5x the pace of a traditional developer. ⚠️ ATTENTION: We are strictly looking for individual talented freelancers who will do the work themselves. Agencies will be automatically rejected. ⭐️ WHAT YOU'LL DO • Rapid Module Development: Build and ship modular features across web (React, Next.js) and mobile (Expo / React Native). • End-to-End UI/UX Ownership: Own the user experience from aesthetic design through to frontend implementation, performance, and iteration. You must have an exceptional eye for luxury-grade design. • Component Libraries: Develop and maintain our shared component library and design system (Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui). • AI-Led Velocity: Leverage Claude Code as your daily driver to handle the typing and boilerplate, while you focus on architecture, logic, and high-fidelity execution. ⭐️ OUR TECH STACK • Web: React, Next.js (App Router, Server Components) • Mobile: Expo (React Native) • Core: TypeScript across everything (shared types, business logic, design tokens) • UI/Styling: Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Framer Motion • Primary Tooling: Claude Code, Claude Projects, Artifacts ⭐️ REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE • Expert UI/UX Taste: A sharp eye for typography, whitespace, and the premium micro-interactions that luxury brands demand. • Frontend Mastery: Strong React, Next.js, and TypeScript foundations. • Mobile Capability: Proven experience shifting quickly into mobile app development using Expo (React Native). • Demonstrable AI Workflow: You must be highly proficient in prompting, context management, and directing AI to generate production-grade code rapidly. • Independent Execution: Fluency in English and the ability to self-direct and ship without micromanagement. 💎 TO APPLY Please submit your proposal with: 1.
