# GTM Engineer (Short-Term Contract) — TypeScript / Cloudflare / Vercel / Postgres ⚠️ **US TIMEZONE REQUIRED.** Applicants must be based in a US timezone with overlap during our team's working hours. We're an AI startup building a chat-assistant platform for real-estate brokerages (Next.js on Vercel, Cloudflare Workers, Neon Postgres). We need a hands-on GTM engineer for a short-term engagement to build growth and go-to-market tooling directly in our production TypeScript monorepo. ## What you'll do - Build onboarding, activation, and lifecycle flows (signup, email sequences, in-app upgrade moments) - Instrument funnels and events with PostHog; ship experiments behind feature flags - Write growth/ops automations in TypeScript (outreach tooling, data enrichment, social/content ops scripts) - Build landing pages and programmatic SEO pages in Next.js - Wire up integrations (Stripe billing, CRMs, webhooks) end-to-end ## Must have - **Based in a US timezone (required)** — overlap with our team's working hours - Strong TypeScript; comfortable in a large pnpm/Turborepo monorepo - Next.js/React + deployment on Vercel - Cloudflare Workers (Durable Objects/Queues a plus) - Postgres (we use Prisma + Neon) - A GTM mindset: you measure what you ship and iterate fast ## Nice to have - Vercel AI SDK / LLM tooling, MCP - PostHog, Sentry, Stripe - Prior growth-engineering work at a B2B SaaS --- Short-term contract, ~X weeks, async-friendly.
