Job Description – PHP E-commerce UI/UX Redesign & Custom Development

Hello, I'm looking for an experienced PHP Full Stack Developer with strong UI/UX design skills to redesign and customize my existing e-commerce website. This is not a new website project or a simple theme installation. Project Overview My website is already online and fully functional. I am NOT looking to build a new website from scratch. I need a developer to improve my existing PHP e-commerce, making it significantly more modern, professional, intuitive, and optimized for higher conversions while keeping the current system. The website is built with PHP and an Admin Panel. It sells health and pharmaceutical products, and all sales are only for customers in Brazil. The website language is Portuguese (Brazil). My goal is to transform the current website into a premium e-commerce platform, with a much better design, user experience, marketing features, and administration panel. I will provide design references, and I want the website to be developed according to my vision. Everything requested below must be included in the project. If additional adjustments are necessary during development to match my expectations, they must also be included in the agreed budget until the project reaches the professional quality I expect. 1. Complete Premium UI/UX Redesign I want the entire website redesigned with a premium look. Requirements: Modern design Premium appearance Professional layout Responsive (Desktop, Tablet and Mobile) Fast loading Smooth animations Better spacing Better typography Better user experience High-converting interface Beautiful product pages Modern category pages Improved navigation Improved search Better filters Intuitive shopping experience The goal is to make the website look like a premium international e-commerce platform. 2. Create 6 Custom Pages Create six professionally designed pages. I will write all the text and content. The developer is responsible for: Design Layout Icons Animations Structure User experience 3. Improve the Admin Panel The Admin Panel must become much more complete and easier to manage. I need options such as: Homepage builder Promotional banners Promotional sections Featured products Best sellers Flash sales Countdown promotions Dynamic homepage blocks Customer testimonials FAQ management Marketing sections Easy content editing Everything manageable through the Admin Panel without coding. 4. Configure All Email Notifications Configure every email notification correctly. Examples: New Order Order Confirmation Order Status Update Customer Registration Password Recovery Contact Form Admin Notifications Everything must work perfectly. 5. WhatsApp Checkout The customer will not pay directly on the website. Checkout process: Customer adds products to the cart. Customer completes checkout. The order is sent to WhatsApp. I manually confirm the order. I manually update the order status. 6. Manual Order Management After I confirm the order manually, I want to update every stage inside the Admin Panel. Example: Order Received Payment Confirmed Preparing Order Shipped Out for Delivery Delivered The customer must be able to log into their account and follow the order status in real time. 7. Marketing & Conversion Features I want the website optimized for maximum conversion. Future Revisions This project must include revisions. If I request design changes or functionality adjustments during development, they must be included in the agreed price.
