Outbound GTM Engineer / Growth Automation Engineer

We are seeking a highly technical, contract Go-To-Market Engineer to design, automate, and scale our outbound pipeline generation engine. Rather than executing manual prospecting, we treat our commercial outreach as a programmable system. You will sit at the intersection of developer operations, data engineering, and growth marketing, building the programmatic infrastructure that connects our data enrichment services, CRM, and email sequencers. This is a hands-on, contract-to-hire build opportunity. Key Responsibilities Architect Data & Orchestration Pipelines: Build and maintain automated lead-flow pipelines using Clay (our primary orchestration layer) connected via webhooks and REST APIs. Implement Multi-Provider Waterfalls: Configure sequential waterfall enrichment steps to achieve a 90%+ valid email match rate. Build Signal-Triggered Campaigns: Monitor technographic shifts, open engineering roles, and intent signals to trigger hyper-personalized outbound workflows the moment target accounts display buying behavior. Manage Deliverability & Email Infrastructure: Set up dedicated sending domains, configure SPF/DKIM/DMARC records, maintain automated mailbox warmups, and strictly enforce a 2% hard bounce rate. Deploy AI-Native Copywriting: Integrate LLM prompting to run targeted, account-level research and draft brief, signal-centric email sequences. Required Tool & Skill Stack Orchestration: Clay , n8n, Make, or Workato. Data & Coding: Intermediate SQL and Python or JavaScript/TypeScript for custom API routing and data manipulation. Activation Stack: Smartlead/Instantly, Outreach or Salesloft, and Salesforce/HubSpot CRMs. Domain Context: Strong understanding of the B2B SaaS ecosystem, specifically targeting technical decision-makers
