Senior Full-Stack Developer | Zoho Books Integration | Custom Order Management System

We are looking for an experienced developer to migrate and modernize our existing business order management system. Our current system is integrated with Zoho Books and manages our complete daily operational workflow. We are looking for a long-term technical partner. Current Workflow Customers place orders via a WhatsApp bot. (Zoho SalesIQ) The bot redirects customers to our online ordering portal. Each order is assigned a unique reference number, which becomes the Zoho Books invoice number. Orders are automatically created in Zoho Books and accepted 24/7. At 00:30 each day, operational reports are automatically generated, grouped by delivery regions (North, South, East, North-East, etc.) for the next day's processing. Our processing department prepares the orders and records the actual product weights. Office staff enter the actual weights and packaging information through an internal dashboard. The system automatically calculates net weight, deducts tare weight, updates quantities and pricing, and synchronizes the invoice in Zoho Books. Delivery routes are assigned to drivers. Drivers access their dashboard to view deliveries, record payments (cash, cheque, bank transfer, credit, etc.), and update delivery information. Payment information is synchronized with Zoho Books. Staff can print invoices, delivery documents and operational reports. We process approximately 400 customer orders per day. Phase 1 Migrate the existing system to a new cloud server. Ensure every existing workflow continues to function correctly. Verify all Zoho Books integrations. Review the current application and recommend improvements. Future Project Following a successful migration, we intend to rebuild the application into a modern, scalable business platform while continuing to use Zoho Books as our accounting system.
