Junior Software Engineer — AI-Assisted Development

WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER Roll out an hourly labor-tracking platform (web + mobile), from requirements through production. Launch Nuvo Swimming, a Mindbody-style booking and class-management platform built for swim schools. Build client websites, landing pages and integrations against real deadlines. Contribute target-audience research, list building and web scraping to fuel client growth. Close every epic to done — no half-finished branches, no silent stalls. HOW WE WORK — AND WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS At Creative ERA, AI is not a side experiment: Claude AI is the core of our development infrastructure. Our Claude Code agents write most of the code, which means our bottleneck is no longer typing speed — it is strategic supervision. Autonomous agents lose the thread, halt on a blocker, or wait for a nudge to continue, and epics quietly stall. This is where you step in to close the loop. Your core responsibilities: Define and refine: scope the epics and design and tune the optimal prompts. Supervise: review the diffs, catch operational blockers, and safeguard code quality. Ship: open the Pull Requests in GitHub and rigorously validate that every acceptance criterion is met before release. Note: prior experience with Claude is a strong plus, but a solid willingness and ability to master it during your first week is more than enough WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Must have: -Working knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript or React Native, and the ability to read and understand existing code. -Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub (branches, commits, PRs), or a demonstrated ability to learn it fast. -The ability to find solutions independently, or to reach for assistive tools when a process or agent stalls, rather than waiting passively. -Strong technical writing in Spanish and clear written English, to document deliverables and keep code clean. -Familiarity with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or Supabase. NICE TO HAVE: -Interest, curiosity or basic experience using AI assistants (such as Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT) to accelerate the development flow. -Basic familiarity with web app deployment (Vercel, Netlify) or automation/scraping (Playwright, Apify, Clay). -NEEDS to include that it has to be a FLUENT SPANISH SPEAKER...
