Customer service professional needed for Australian company

Hi! We are an Aussie E-commerce store and we are looking for an experienced VA to help us with customer service. We want someone who is an absolute expert at customer service! You will complete customer service emails, returns, invoices and basic admin tasks. There may be a possibility for you to help with live chat customer support if you have experience in it. You will need to be able to think on your feet and come up with solutions. Of course guidance will be provided and we do have guides on how to handle most things! We would expect this to take 8-9 hours per day, Monday to Friday. You will be expected to work in the morning AND afternoon/night according to Australian Eastern Time Zones (AEDT and AEST). You will need to start work no later than 9am (AEST). A very high level of English and grammar is necessary. If you cannot write grammatically correct English to a high level please do not apply. Past customer service experience with Gorgias or similar is a must. We are looking for someone who is very punctual, reliable and with strong customer service ability.
