Full-Stack Developer (React + Supabase) — Long-Term Platform Partner for YouTube Ops SaaS

We run a custom-built internal operations platform for a YouTube growth / influencer marketing agency — clients, channels, staff/task management, a production pipeline, payments, a client portal, and messaging integrations (Gmail, Telegram, WhatsApp) with some AI automation on top. It's live in production and used daily by our team. Stack: React 18 + Vite + Tailwind, Supabase (Postgres, Auth/MFA, Row Level Security, Realtime, Edge Functions), deployed on Vercel. Integrations with Gmail API (OAuth), Telegram Bot API, WhatsApp webhook, and Anthropic API. What you'll do: ongoing bug fixes, new features, maintaining RLS policies and Edge Functions, and careful real-time/concurrency handling (the app leans heavily on Supabase Realtime). Looking for: solid React experience, real production experience with Supabase (Postgres, RLS, Realtime, Edge Functions specifically), comfort with OAuth/webhook integrations, and someone who can work independently in an existing codebase. Payment — Long-Term Monthly Retainer $300/month in months with both new features and bug fixes/maintenance $150/month in maintenance-only months, even if very little work is needed — this is a standing retainer for long-term availability, not hourly pay We have other projects in the pipeline for the right long-term partner — we're looking for a relationship of several years, not a short gig To Apply Include: your Supabase/RLS/Realtime experience, an example of a real-time bug you've debugged, and confirmation you're open to an ongoing monthly retainer.
