Mobile & Web App Developer with SEO and Marketing Expertise

We are looking for a versatile developer who can create for us 3 mobile and 3 web-based applications while also having a strong background in organic SEO and backlink strategies. The ideal candidate will assist in managing our social media marketing efforts and provide business consultation for our projects. Your skills should encompass full-cycle app development as well as digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence. If you are a proactive professional with a comprehensive skill set, we would love to hear from you. Also the project would be to create 3 web apps and 3 mobile apps with React Native and the use of my own Apache server with maria version of MYSQL and Cpanel for easy access to the server and the database. Or I can use firebase and Angora or whatever you suggest that needed with this and also with the one mobile app it was partially done for me and not finished because the developer later bailed on me and was not able to complete the work and left me hanging like this so I hope the future developer will not do this to me as I lost a lot of money already in trusting someone to complete the work which they have not unfortunately so One mobile apps somewhat done, but not fully completed. The second Mobile app will be pretty much a duplicate of the first Mobile app, which I can provide the Figma file as well as the Source coding for it, which is in react native and the third Mobile app will be from scratch, and of course the development of the three web apps.
