Graphic Designer – Dye Sublimation Prepress Specialist

Sportek is seeking a detail-oriented Graphic Designer – Dye Sublimation Prepress Specialist to prepare production-ready artwork for dye sublimation printing. The ideal candidate has experience in textile graphics, color management, seamless pattern creation, and RIP software. This role is critical to ensuring accurate color reproduction and efficient production on our MS digital textile printing machines. Key Responsibilities Perform color matching and color correction to achieve accurate printed results on polyester fabrics. Prepare and optimize production-ready strike-off files for sampling and customer approval. Create and edit seamless repeating patterns for textile printing with precise alignment. Prepare print layouts, nesting, and production files for large-format textile printing. Process and send print jobs through Caldera RIP software to MS digital textile printing machines. Ensure artwork meets production specifications including resolution, scale, bleed, and repeat accuracy. Communicate with the production team to resolve artwork and printing issues. Maintain organized digital files and production records. Assist with graphic modifications requested by customers and the sales team. Perform quality checks before production to minimize waste and ensure customer satisfaction.
