We don't just ship pages — we build the automation, CRM, and AI layers behind them. We build in custom code, Webflow, WordPress, and whatever the client's problem actually needs. Small team, direct communication, no layers of management between you and the work. The role We're hiring a full stack web developer in Romania who has real hands-on experience with AI — both building AI into what we ship and using AI tools to build faster. You'll work across custom code and platform builds, and you'll be the person we lean on when a project needs an AI component that actually works in production, not a demo. We're platform-agnostic. Some projects are fully custom. Some are Webflow. Some are WordPress. The right person picks the right tool for the job and can move between them. What you'll do -Build and maintain full stack web projects from front end to back end -Work across custom builds, Webflow, WordPress, and whatever else the project calls for -Integrate AI into client-facing products: LLM APIs, chatbots, content and lead-qualification tools, document/data processing -Build API integrations between platforms (CRMs, payment systems, automation tools) -Use AI-assisted development tools to ship quality work faster Take a brief, ask the right questions, and ship without heavy supervision -Debug and improve existing builds — not everything is greenfield -Document what you build so the rest of the team can support it What we're looking for Required -[3]+ years full stack web development experience -Strong front end: JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and a modern framework (React, Vue, Next, or similar) -Strong back end: Node.js, Python, or PHP — plus databases and REST APIs -Comfortable building from scratch in custom code, not just inside a platform -Hands-on experience with at least one major platform — Webflow, WordPress, or equivalent — at a real development level, not just drag-and-drop -Practical AI development experience: LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or similar), prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings, or AI-driven automation -Confident using AI development tooling in your daily workflow (see below) -Webhooks, third-party integrations, and Git -We want someone who treats AI as part of the toolkit, and who also knows when not to use it.
