Full-Stack Developer - Credit Decisioning API + FactorCloud Integration (8-Week Project, AWS)

We're a licensed California commercial factoring company (invoice factoring / accounts receivable financing). We already have working, tested credit-decisioning logic in Python - your job is NOT to design new logic, but to turn it into a real, running service and connect it to our factoring platform (FactorCloud). This is intentionally a small, well-defined project - not a long-term platform build. If it goes well, there may be follow-on work later, but please only apply if an 8-week scoped project is genuinely what you're looking for right now. What you'll build: A backend API service (hosted on AWS) that takes deal/application data as input and runs it through our existing Python logic Integration with FactorCloud's API to push credit decisions (credit limits, buy/no-buy) and receive their invoice webhook A simple internal-use intake form - not a polished public-facing portal, just enough for our team to submit deal data What we need: Full-stack development, hosted on AWS (Lightsail/CloudFront to start) Comfortable porting existing, working Python business logic into a production API - we provide the tested logic, you build the service around it Experience integrating third-party APIs (webhooks, OAuth/API key auth, parsing JSON responses) - you'll be working directly against FactorCloud's real API documentation, which we'll provide Strong communication - we want a working demo every week, not a monthly written report We pay when each milestone is achieved and verified. Milestone fixed values are Milestones 1 and 4 are worth $350 each.
