Full Stack Developer — Take Vibecoded Construction Tech MVP to Production

We're a construction technology startup with working apps (mobile + web) built through vibecoding. The MVP works. Now we need a developer to make it production-ready and ship it properly. What you'll be doing: — Cleaning up and hardening the codebase for real users — Implementing auth, role-based access control, and row-level security — Building and polishing API endpoints — Frontend cleanup and UI polish — Database migration and schema hardening — Webhook integrations What stays in-house: — Architecture decisions and system design — Proprietary business logic and algorithms — You'll work from clear specs and documented architecture decision records (ADRs) What we're looking for: — Experience shipping SaaS products to production (not just building demos) — Strong on auth, access control, and database design — Clean, documented code — Clear communication — async-first, daily updates — Available 20-30 hrs/week How this starts: — 1-week paid trial on a scoped deliverable — If it works, we extend into a 4-8 week engagement — IP assignment agreement required before repo access Budget: $5–8/hr Type: Hourly, 20-30 hrs/week Duration: 1-2 months (starting with 1-week trial) Reply with a link to a production SaaS you've shipped — not a portfolio piece, something real users are on.
