About the Role We are looking for an experienced developer to build an online product configurator for our Antera elevator series. The configurator will be integrated into our website and allow users to customize product options through an intuitive interface while displaying the corresponding product visualization. About the Customer The customer is a leading manufacturer of residential elevators, vertical platform lifts, and accessibility solutions serving homeowners, builders, architects, and accessibility professionals across North America. Responsibilities • Develop a web-based product configurator for the Antera elevator series. • Build the product configuration logic based on our specifications. • Display configuration changes in real time. • Create a user-friendly and responsive interface. • Integrate the configurator into our existing website. • Collaborate with our team throughout development, testing, and deployment. Required Skills • Experience developing web-based product configurators. • Strong JavaScript / TypeScript skills. • Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, or similar). • Experience working with 3D product visualization. • Experience integrating CAD or 3D model files into web applications. • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication in English. Nice to Have • Experience developing configurators for industrial or manufactured products. • Familiarity with 3D formats such as STEP/STP, OBJ, FBX, or glTF. • Experience optimizing 3D models for web performance.
