Develop a Custom Barter Exchange Mobile App

I'm looking for an experienced mobile app developer to build a modern Barter Exchange Platform where users can exchange goods instead of purchasing them with money. The app should allow users to register, create profiles, list products with photos and descriptions, browse available items, send and manage barter requests, negotiate exchanges, chat within the app, leave ratings and reviews, receive notifications, and search listings using categories and location filters. An admin panel should also be included to manage users, listings, categories, reported content, disputes, and overall platform activities. The application should be secure, scalable, easy to use, and designed with a clean, modern user interface.
