Replit Expert and AI Automation Engineer (Zapier/GHL) to Build and Own Our Stack

About us We are a fast growing direct response marketing and sales company in the home services space, with 100 plus people and a real tech and automation stack behind the funnel. This is a senior seat with genuine ownership. You will build the products our team depends on every day and own the automation that keeps our pipeline running. This is not ticket work and not an entry level role. The role You are a strong engineer first, then AI native. You write clean, production ready code, you understand architecture, and you read an existing codebase before you touch it. You have fully integrated AI coding tools into real production work, and you have been doing it since these tools became viable, not since last month. Our stack is Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind and Supabase with several APIs powering core features. You ship features end to end. You will also own our automation layer. A core part of this role is taking over and managing our Zapier and GoHighLevel (GHL) workflows, so real automation experience matters as much as building the app. What we need 4 plus years of professional software development Expert, daily Replit experience. This is a hard requirement Deep, hands on experience with AI assisted development tools in real production work Fluency with modern web stacks, React and Next.js and TypeScript Database experience, Postgres or Supabase preferred Real, hands on experience building and managing Zapier and GHL automations Native or near perfect English. You will work directly with our team on nuanced requirements and need to understand them precisely You read files before you write. You do not guess at structure You ship working code.
