Senior LMS Developer for LMS- must know SCORM and API and learning pathways

We are looking for an experienced LMS developer and software architect to review our existing AI-powered Learning Management System (AcuMind AI). The platform is already under development, and we are seeking an expert to assess the current architecture, identify improvements, ensure best practices are being followed, and help plan the next stage of development. One of the biggest areas we'd like help with is designing an engaging and scalable learning experience. We're looking for someone who can advise on: Competency frameworks Learning pathways Skill progression AI-driven learning recommendations Certifications and compliance tracking Learning goals Personal development plans Streaks and engagement mechanics Rewards and recognition Career progression based on completed competencies We're open to suggestions and want to learn from someone who has designed successful LMS products before. What We Need We're looking for someone who can: Review the existing codebase and architecture Identify bugs, performance issues, and security concerns Evaluate scalability and maintainability Recommend improvements to the overall system design Review our API architecture and integration strategy Advise on best practices for enterprise LMS development Help prioritise future development work Work alongside our existing AI-assisted development process (Claude Code) and with our senior dev
