403 Forbidden WordPress websites

Summary

I have about 20 websites on our bluehost who all have a 403 forbidden issue. I need someone to fix all 20 websites with the 403 forbidden issue. I need to be able to access the backend wordpress, currently it's down and we can't change the websites. $10 to do it all, and I will tip handsomely if you do it quick. And if the person does a good job, you can be our full time IT/ Web master since we need someone to always check in on our websites for our agency.
