Senior Flutter & React Developer

🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Flutter & React Developer Full-Time | 100% Remote | AI Healthcare CareSpace is building an AI-powered healthcare application, and we’re looking for a senior developer who does more than complete assigned tickets. We need someone who thinks critically, expresses informed opinions, identifies problems before they become blockers, and confidently takes the lead. You should be organized, dependable, proactive, and capable of owning projects from planning through secure, high-quality delivery. What You’ll Do - Lead the planning, development, testing, and delivery of key product features. - Build and maintain applications using Flutter and React. - Create realistic technical plans, estimates, milestones, and deadlines. - Participate in daily meetings and Scrum ceremonies. - Review AI-assisted code and outputs for accuracy, maintainability, performance, and security. - Use AI tools responsibly to improve development and team workflows. - Identify technical risks, propose solutions, and communicate trade-offs clearly. - Collaborate with product, design, healthcare, and engineering professionals across an international team. - Take responsibility for the quality and timely delivery of your work. - Contribute to architecture, code reviews, documentation, testing, and security practices. What We’re Looking For - Senior-level professional experience with Flutter and React. - Strong knowledge of software architecture, APIs, state management, testing, debugging, and secure development. - Experience delivering production applications from planning through release. - Practical knowledge of AI technologies, AI-assisted development, and modern AI workflows. - The technical judgment to verify AI-generated work rather than accepting it without review. - A proactive learner who continuously improves tools, processes, and technical knowledge. - Excellent organization, ownership, communication, and time-management skills. - Ability to make decisions, give constructive opinions, and lead technical initiatives. - Experience working effectively in a remote Agile/Scrum environment. - Healthcare, health-tech, privacy, or regulated-software experience is highly valued. Language and Availability - Professional English is required. - All written and verbal communication is conducted in English. - You must be available for daily meetings and collaboration during agreed U.S. working hours aligned with PT and ET, including EST/EDT depending on daylight-saving time. - This is a full-time, 100% remote position.
