Fix React Drag and Drop Issue in Existing Application

Summary

I have a React application with a drag-and-drop feature. The issue is that when I drag an item and drop it, it sometimes moves to the wrong position. It works correctly in some cases, but when there are many items in the list, the item does not always get placed where I drop it. I need someone to investigate and fix this issue properly.
