Build MVP AI Knowledge Base (Next.js + FastAPI + OpenAI)

We're looking for a full stack developer to help build the first version of an internal AI knowledge assistant. Users should be able to upload PDFs and documents, ask questions in natural language, and receive responses based only on the uploaded content. The UI should be clean and responsive. Authentication and basic admin functionality are required but this is not a large project—we're looking for a solid MVP. Current scope includes: * Next.js frontend * FastAPI backend * File upload * OpenAI integration * Basic RAG implementation * PostgreSQL database * User authentication * Conversation history * Simple admin dashboard Tech we'd like to use * Next.js * FastAPI * PostgreSQL * OpenAI API * Docker * Cloudflare (bonus) Future work will include Teams/Slack integration and multiple organizations.
