Senior AI Automation Developer

This is a senior, hands-on engineering role for someone who has already built and deployed production-grade AI agents and business automations. The role will involve connecting large language models with documents, email, calendars, project-management platforms, communication tools, databases and internal systems. You will work closely with the CEO and teams across engineering, product, research, operations and commercial functions. Essential experience - At least five years of professional software engineering experience. - Demonstrated experience deploying AI agents, LLM applications or complex automations into production. - Strong Python and/or TypeScript engineering skills. - Practical experience with LLM APIs, structured outputs, tool calling, prompt design and agent orchestration. - Experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, document processing and knowledge retrieval. - Strong experience integrating third-party platforms through REST APIs, OAuth, webhooks and event-driven workflows. - Experience with automation platforms such as n8n, Make, Zapier, Temporal, Airflow or equivalent.
