Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer (React + Node.js)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build the MVP of a modern, all-in-one platform designed specifically for large organizations and distributed teams. This is an opportunity to work directly with the founder at Agilni.org, shape the technical direction, and build a product with long-term potential. Preferred technologies: - React - TypeScript - Node.js - PostgreSQL - Tailwind CSS - Docker - AWS (or similar cloud platform) You're welcome to recommend better technologies if you have strong reasoning behind your decisions. What We're Looking For - 7+ years of professional software engineering experience - Strong experience building SaaS products from scratch - Excellent React and TypeScript knowledge - Strong backend development experience with Node.js - Experience designing scalable system architecture - Advanced knowledge of industry-standard project management tools (Asana, Jira, Monday.com, ClickUp, Linear, etc.) understanding their strengths, workflows, and limitations is essential - Experience working in startups or building MVPs - Ability to make technical decisions independently - Strong communication skills - Fluent English Bonus Points: - Experience with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Lovable, etc.) - Experience designing clean, intuitive UX - Experience with CI/CD, testing, and cloud infrastructure - Previous startup or founder experience - Familiarity with the project management tool ecosystem and industry trends To Apply Please include: - A brief introduction about yourself. - Links to 2–3 SaaS products you've built and your role in them. - Your preferred technology stack and why. - Examples of projects where you made important architectural decisions. - Your availability and estimated weekly hours. - Your hourly rate.
