Senior Full Stack SaaS Engineer – Build AI Power Dialer (Twilio / WebRTC / React)

Overview We are building a next-generation cloud-based outbound calling platform for the insurance industry. Think: WAVV PhoneBurner Kixie JustCall but purpose-built for insurance agents and agency owners. This will become its own SaaS product and eventually serve thousands of users. This is NOT a small website project. We're looking for an experienced software architect or senior full stack engineer who has previously built VoIP software, call center software, power dialers, or cloud telephony applications. What We're Building A modern outbound sales platform that includes: Single-line Power Dialer Multi-line Power Dialer (3+ simultaneous calls) CRM Integration (GoHighLevel initially) AI Features SMS Voicemail Drop Local Presence Call Recording Live Analytics Team Management White Label Capability The software will eventually become a standalone SaaS platform.
