Help me configure VS Code + continue add-on + ftp add-on

I'm looking for someone who can guide me setting up a working environnement with - Visual Studio Code - Continue Plugin (be able to install properly model) - Best ftp/sftp extension Purpose is to have something stable to be able to work on small project using php, html, css, js. And be able agent to work on several file at one time and push code to ftp, or directly work on the server.
