Code Restructuring

We’re building a platform that has multi front end with one back end and multi users. The platform is functional to MVP, but we need a senior engineer to audit, refactor, and productionize our existing codebase. This is a 2 to 3 week contract with the potential for long term. Responsibilities include refactoring the existing NestJS architecture, reviewing and improving authentication and role-based access control, strengthening multi-ten tenant isolation, optimizing database performance, and ensuring secure, scalable API design. Required skills: expert Node.js, Node expressJS, and NestJS, Postgres, Prisma or similar ORM, secure auth and RBAC, REST APIs, Docker, and cloud deployment. Bonus if you’ve built health tech platforms or worked with Stripe Connect or AI systems. Deliverables include a clean, modular, production-ready backend with documentation, secure multi-tenancy, optimized performance, and deployment readiness. Ideal candidates have taken SaaS products from MVP to production, communicate clearly, and can improve existing code without complete rewrites.
