Full stack developer required for SAAS build.

Backend/Full-Stack Developer — Property Management SaaS (Supabase, Event-Driven Architecture) Project Overview We're building a next-generation property management SaaS platform (V2) with a modern, event-driven architecture. The system is built around an event spine, per-domain row-level security policies, a trust/verification engine, and a financial/ledger layer. Core architecture and a significant portion of the migration plan are already in place — we're looking for an experienced developer to join, understand the existing system, and help carry it through to a finished, production-ready build. This is not a greenfield "build whatever you want" project — you'll be working within an established architecture and extending it correctly, not redesigning it. Scope of Work - Continue implementation across existing architectural layers (event spine, RLS policies, trust engine, financial layer) - Build out remaining backend functionality on Supabase (Postgres, Auth, RLS, Edge Functions, Realtime) - Develop and/or extend frontend features (React/Next.js) - Design and secure API endpoints for multi-tenant SaaS usage - Write and maintain automated tests; help establish/improve CI/CD - Work from existing documentation and architecture decisions, flagging issues or risks as they come up - Collaborate closely on financial/ledger-related features where correctness and auditability are critical Required Technical Skills - PostgreSQL — advanced (functions, triggers, indexing, query optimization) - Supabase — Auth, Row-Level Security (RLS) policies, Edge Functions, Realtime - Event-driven / event-sourced architecture (event spine, CQRS, idempotency, replay handling) - Multi-tenant SaaS architecture and data isolation patterns - API design and security (REST or GraphQL, rate limiting, auth flows) - React / Next.js - TypeScript - Financial/ledger system development — double-entry patterns, precision handling, audit trails, reconciliation - Automated testing (unit, integration) and CI/CD pipeline setup - Git workflow and code review discipline Strongly Preferred - Experience shipping a SaaS product to production (not just feature work inside an existing codebase) - Experience working with AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code) as part of a professional workflow, including critically evaluating AI-generated code rather than accepting it uncritically - Security-conscious development, particularly around RLS-based access control and handling sensitive financial data - Comfortable working from existing architecture documentation and extending it, rather than starting from scratch Soft Skills - Strong written communication — able to explain technical tradeoffs clearly - Self-directed; comfortable owning a feature or module end-to-end - Responsive and reliable async communicator How to Apply Please include: 1.
