Tech Lead / Blockchain Developer

We're looking for an experienced Tech Lead and Blockchain Developer to help us build a decentralized education platform. This isn't just a job; we want someone to come in and truly own the core pieces. That means Web3 authentication, smart contract architecture, payment flow integration, download gating, and metadata with search functionality. This is a long term role with significant responsibility. You'll drive architectural decisions, lead the development team, and stay involved through final QA across the whole product lifecycle. We're searching for a partner who can grow alongside the project, not a one off contributor. Ideal candidates have deep blockchain know how and a strong grasp of full stack web development. You should be self sufficient, proactive, and comfortable working remotely with a distributed team.
