Python developer as Freelancer. 1. Project Overview We are inviting proposals from experienced Python development partners to build an AI-powered video processing backend. The engagement is expected to be completed within 15 dedicated working days. 2. Technology Stack The solution should be developed using the following technologies: Python 3.x FastAPI MoviePy (video processing) Background Task Queue (Celery / RQ / Dramatiq – final selection during implementation) Redis or RabbitMQ boto3 (AWS SDK) AWS S3 (Storage) AWS Polly (Text-to-Speech Integration) 3. Scope of Work The selected vendor will be responsible for: Developing REST APIs using FastAPI. Building video generation and editing workflows using MoviePy. Implementing asynchronous/background job processing using Celery, RQ, or Dramatiq. Integrating AWS S3 for file storage and retrieval. Integrating AWS Polly for text-to-speech audio generation. Implementing error handling, logging, input validation, and exception management. Providing API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI. Delivering complete source code along with deployment support.
