I'm looking for an experienced automation specialist to help streamline my business operations by building smart, reliable workflows. The goal is to automate customer communication, appointment scheduling, and lead management so that manual work is minimized and no opportunities are missed. Project Scope I'm looking to build automations such as: Calendar booking and appointment scheduling Automated follow-up sequences (SMS, email, and/or voicemail) Missed call text back automation Lead capture and lead nurturing workflows Appointment reminders and confirmation messages No-show follow-up automation Pipeline movement automation Contact tagging and segmentation CRM automation Workflow optimization Integration between different business tools and software Preferred Skills Experience with one or more of the following: GoHighLevel (GHL) Zapier Make.com n8n HubSpot ActiveCampaign Twilio Calendly Google Calendar Google Workspace OpenAI API (optional) API integrations Webhooks What I'm Looking For Strong experience building business automations Ability to recommend the best workflow instead of simply following instructions Experience integrating multiple platforms Good communication skills Clean, scalable workflow design Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing automations Deliverables The freelancer will: Build all requested automations Test each workflow thoroughly Document how everything works Make revisions if needed Ensure the automations are reliable and easy to maintain To Apply Please include: Examples of similar automation projects you've built.
