Recruiters for US Roles

Hi guys 👋 I'm looking for recruiters to help fill **U.S.-based roles** on a **commission-only** basis. Please note this is a commission based role, I partner with several clients and receive my placement fee after the candidate has successfully completed 2 months with the company. Because of this payment structure, commissions are paid once I receive payment from the client. Right now I can't manage to fill out that many roles, which is why I'm open to share the commission fee. Payment: Usually a role is between $100-$500, depending on how hard to fill it is. After you prove yourself, we'll be able to take better roles and the commission will grow. Other info: New roles are added regularly, so you can choose the ones you'd like to work on The roles are changing on a daily basis, you can pick which role you'd like to work on. You don't need to have experience, you just need a LinkedIn profile (if you know other ways for sourcing I'm open to that! * Previous recruiting experience is a plus, but **not required** If you're looking for a flexible way to earn commission while gaining recruiting experience, feel free to reach out, and I'll share more details!
