DynaChrg is a fast-growing U.S.-based EV charging infrastructure and energy technology company delivering commercial and public charging projects across North America. We work with property owners, utilities, architects, engineers, contractors, and municipalities to design, permit, construct, and operate EV charging infrastructure. We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator with a construction background to support multiple projects from planning through commissioning. Position Summary: The Project Coordinator will support multiple commercial construction projects by coordinating engineering, permitting, utility activities, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked for a general contractor, engineering firm, electrical contractor, telecom, renewable energy, or infrastructure company. You will be responsible for ensuring projects remain organized, on schedule, and moving forward by proactively following up with all stakeholders. Working Hours: Full-time Must work U.S. Pacific Time (California) business hours (approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT) Must be available for daily team meetings and coordination calls. Responsibilities: Manage and track multiple construction projects simultaneously. Prepare weekly project status reports. Maintain project schedules and identify potential delays before they become issues. Coordinate meetings and document meeting minutes. Maintain accurate project documentation within company systems. Communicate project risks and escalate issues promptly. Support project managers throughout the full project lifecycle. Coordinate with: Cities and municipalities Building departments Architects Civil engineers Electrical engineers Structural engineers Utility companies Contractors Vendors Internal project managers Track and follow up on: Building permits Electrical permits Utility applications Plan check comments Engineering deliverables Site assessments RFIs (Requests for Information) Submittals Shop drawings Change orders Purchase orders Equipment procurement Long-lead items Construction schedules Inspection scheduling Utility energization Project close-out documentation Required Qualifications: 3+ years of Project Coordination experience Experience in commercial construction, electrical construction, infrastructure, telecom, renewable energy, or similar industries Experience coordinating multiple active projects Experience working with architects and engineers Experience working with city permitting departments Experience managing construction documentation Strong understanding of project scheduling Excellent written and verbal English Strong organizational skills Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up Able to prioritize multiple deadlines Preferred Experience with: EV Charging Infrastructure Electrical construction Utility coordination Commercial development Renewable energy Solar Battery Energy Storage Public works projects Knowledge of: RFIs Submittals Plan Reviews Building Permits Electrical Permits Utility Service Requests Inspections As-built Drawings Punch Lists Project Close-out Software Experience Preferred experience with: Microsoft Project Smartsheet Monday.com Asana ClickUp Excel (Advanced) Google Workspace Bluebeam (Preferred) Procore (Preferred) Autodesk Construction Cloud (Preferred) What Success Looks Like: Projects stay on schedule. No permit or engineering deliverables are missed. Contractors receive timely responses. Engineering, procurement, and construction activities remain coordinated. Project managers always have accurate, up-to-date project status. Issues are identified early and resolved proactively.
