# Claude Code Specialist – Automate & Streamline Internal Systems **Job Title:** Claude Code Specialist to Automate Business Systems (E-commerce / Brand Management Company) ## Overview Automated Investments Group (AIG) is a Miami-based, done-for-you private label brand management company operating across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify. We manage 300+ brands and over $100M in client e-commerce revenue. We're looking for a Claude Code specialist to help us build and streamline internal systems, automate repetitive workflows, and connect our tools together so our team can move faster with less manual work. ## What You'll Do - Audit our current internal workflows and identify where automation or custom tooling can save time - Build scripts, internal tools, and integrations using Claude Code - Connect and automate processes across the systems we use for client onboarding, contract management, sales tracking, and reporting - Streamline data flow between spreadsheets, CRMs, and internal docs - Build lightweight internal dashboards or trackers as needed - Document what you build so our team can maintain and extend it - Work directly with our founders to prioritize the highest-impact automations first ## What We're Looking For - Hands-on experience with Claude Code (or comparable AI coding agents) building real, working tools — not just prompting - Strong scripting/automation background (Python, JavaScript/Node, or similar) - Experience integrating APIs (Google Sheets, CRMs, Slack, email, etc.) - Comfortable working independently, scoping small projects, and shipping quickly - Bonus: experience with e-commerce, agency, or operations-heavy businesses - Bonus: experience with no-code/low-code tools (Lovable, Zapier, Make, GoHighLevel) alongside custom code ## Project Details - This will start as a paid trial project on one specific workflow, with the goal of an ongoing working relationship if it's a good fit - We'll provide full context on the systems and processes involved - Async-friendly, but expect a kickoff call to align on scope ## How to Apply Please include: 1.
