Part-Time Appointment Setter - Text Only, Inbound Leads (2 Hours/Day, US Hours) About Us We are a web design and development agency specializing in high-end, animation-driven websites for e-commerce, luxury, hospitality, and wellness brands. Our ads bring in a steady flow of inbound leads through Instagram DMs, WhatsApp, and SMS. We need someone reliable to reply fast and get those leads booked onto our calendar. The Role This role is 100% text based. No phone calls, no voice notes, no cold outreach. Every lead you talk to has already messaged us first. Your job is to reply quickly, hold a short friendly conversation over text, confirm the lead is a real fit, and book them into an open slot on our calendar. What You'll Do Respond to new inbound messages within minutes during your shift Run short qualifying conversations using the scripts and message templates we provide Book qualified leads directly onto our calendar Send confirmation and reminder messages after each booking Work a simple follow-up sequence for leads who go quiet Log outcomes and notes in our CRM Send a short end-of-shift summary (conversations handled, booked, no-replies) What We're Looking For Excellent written English - clean grammar, natural tone, no stiff or robotic replies Fast typist who can hold several conversations at once without dropping threads Prior experience in DM setting, SMS setting, live chat, social media management, or customer support Speed obsessed: leads go cold in minutes, so response time is the whole game Organized with follow-ups, tagging, and note-taking Reliable internet and a laptop or desktop (not phone-only) Available during US Eastern Time business hours Nice to have (not required): Experience with Instagram DMs, WhatsApp Business, or ManyChat Experience setting appointments for an agency or service business Familiarity with CRMs and calendar tools Schedule and Hours Roughly 2 hours per day, Monday through Friday Shift window falls inside US Eastern business hours (we will lock the exact block with you) Around 10 hours per week total Ongoing, long-term position for the right person Compensation [Insert hourly rate] per hour, plus a bonus for every booked call that shows up.
