The Role You will own the ManyChat inbox. Leads come to you already interested - your job is to qualify them properly, answer the obvious questions, and get the right ones onto our calendar. This is inbound only. No cold DMs, no follow/unfollow, no scraped lists, no spam. If that is the work you are looking for, this is not the right fit. What You'll Do Monitor the ManyChat Live Chat inbox and respond within 15 minutes during your shift Take over from the automation when a lead goes off-script or gets flagged for handoff Qualify against our criteria - project type, budget range, timeline, decision maker Book qualified leads directly onto our discovery call calendar Move conversations to WhatsApp where appropriate and keep them warm until the call Send reminders, reduce no-shows, reschedule the ones who ghost Tag every conversation and log notes so our reporting stays clean Flag gaps in the automation - if a flow is breaking or a question keeps coming up that the bot can't handle, we want to know Requirements Hands-on ManyChat experience. Live Chat inbox, tags, custom fields, keyword triggers, handoff between automation and human. Please be specific about what you have actually used - we will ask. Native-level written English. Our leads are US-based founders and marketing leads. Tone is professional, warm, and low pressure. No hype, no emoji walls, no "Hey boss!" Overlap with US Eastern business hours.
