We are looking for a bookkeeper with real estate flipping experience to clean up and organize our QuickBooks records for multiple fix-and-flip projects. Scope of Work: Import and categorize rehab costs by project Reconcile hard money loan draws and payments Separate capital improvements from repairs Track contractor payments and 1099 prep Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Generate per-property profit and loss reports Requirements: QuickBooks Online expertise Fix & flip project accounting knowledge Job costing experience Cleanup and catch-up skills Strong attention to detail
