Automation Expert for Data Extraction

I am looking for an experienced automation developer to build a local browser automation tool that will run on my Windows system. The tool should be able to log in to an authorized web portal, read input values from an Excel file, enter those values into text fields on the portal, click the required buttons, extract data from multiple fields/tables, and export the final results back to Excel/CSV or Google Sheets. The extracted data should also be mapped back against the original input records wherever required. Key Requirements: - Build the automation using Python with Playwright, Selenium, or any suitable browser automation framework - Run locally on a Windows system - Read input data from Excel - Log in to the authorized web portal - Fill web form fields using Excel data - Click required buttons and navigate through the portal - Extract data from fields, tables, and result pages - Export output to Excel/CSV or Google Sheets - Update the original Excel file with extracted results - Include proper error handling - Capture screenshots on failure - Maintain logs for each run - Provide clear setup and usage instructions - Handover complete source code The automation should be reliable, easy to run, and built in a way that can be modified or extended later if the portal process changes.
