Summary

We are looking for a Japanese native assistant to help with administrative tasks and simple projects based in Tokyo. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively in both Japanese and English. You will assist with various tasks, including scheduling, data entry, and project coordination. If you have a proactive approach and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you! Some occasional on-site travel might be required (mainly Tokyo). This project is not full time but requires significant availability.
