LAN & Structured Cabling Infrastructure Assessment Consultant (Onsite) – Lisbon

We are seeking an experienced Network Infrastructure Consultant to perform an onsite LAN and Structured Cabling Infrastructure Assessment at our client's office in Leeds, England, The objective is to assess communications rooms, structured cabling infrastructure, network cabinets, patching standards, network hardware, power infrastructure, and overall physical network environment. The consultant will identify deficiencies, risks, optimisation opportunities, and provide practical remediation recommendations. Scope of Work Review communications rooms, network closets and cabinet environments Assess cable management and structured cabling standards Review patch panels, patching standards and port utilisation Assess network switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points Review UPS and power distribution infrastructure Inspect physical security and environmental conditions Capture photographic evidence of findings Produce a detailed assessment report with prioritised recommendations Deliverables Executive Summary Findings Register Risk Assessment Photographic Evidence Prioritised Recommendations (Critical, High, Medium, Low) Estimated remediation effort for identified issues Required Experience Structured cabling assessments Enterprise LAN infrastructure Network cabinet audits Communications room assessments Technical report writing in English Preferred Qualifications BICSI RCDD CNCI Cisco Certification Aruba Certification Fortinet Certification Location Lisbon, Portugal (Onsite) Estimated Effort Site Assessment: 1 day Reporting: 1 day
