Job Title: High-Speed Wholesale Watch Sourcing Assistant (Japanese B2B Procurement) Job Description: I am a Japan-based luxury goods exporter looking for a professional, bilingual Japanese virtual assistant for an immediate, high-volume sourcing project. Your sole task is to contact the corporate sales divisions (法人営業部) of major Japanese electronics retailers (such as Yodobashi Camera, Bic Camera) and established watch wholesalers (問屋) in Tokyo to check inventory availability and wholesale pricing for a large order of Japanese watches (354 pieces total). Location Preference: Freelancer must be based in Tokyo or the Kanto area. While most work can be done via phone and email, you may occasionally need to visit a wholesale dealer or a major camera store corporate showroom in Tokyo (e.g., Akihabara, Shinjuku, or Ueno) to coordinate our account onboarding. Sourcing-related travel expenses will be fully reimbursed. Your Responsibilities: 1. Reach out to corporate sales managers via phone and online business inquiry forms. 2. Present our master list of required watch references (Seiko, Citizen, Casio) to check real-time stock levels. 3. Request their best wholesale tier-discount pricing based on a high-volume, advance bank wire payment. 4. Compile their availability responses and price quotes into a simple spreadsheet for me. Requirements: * Native Japanese speaker with excellent professional phone and business email manners (Keigo). * Experience in retail sourcing, procurement, or B2B sales in Japan is highly preferred. * Ability to work fast and deliver results within 48–72 hours.
