AI system developer that we are building for our internal management

We are looking to replace our systems of Excel and monday.com with an AI-driven platform that will allow us to automate most of our workflows. We currently have a new quotation platform built but we are now trying to take our reliance away from monday.com and replace it with an AI-driven system. Before we build the full system, we really want to make sure that we are building our AI system on the right platform but we have very limited experience with AI ourselves. We are looking for somebody who can guide us in the right direction, tell us which platform to use, help us with issues we are having when implementing, and act as a consultant/implementer on certain aspects. This will be a mixture of consultation and implementation.
