Migrating from WordPress to Shopify and re-design We had the pleasure of working with Brandon on our Shopify website project, and we are extremely satisfied with the results. SEO specialist for mental health practice Good sales pitch and strong promises, but in an outcome - poor communication, there was no clear understanding of the trajectory or work completed, and no visible results.
One plan was discussed with Brandon, but his team executed something different. The team operates out of the Philippines (it seams based on their reply time) and seemed not to develop a clear work plan with Brandon for us as a client. They were unable to provide proper keyword research during the three months of our engagement. In the end, we received only 10 keywords, three of which were for completely irrelevant services, and the rest were keywords we had already provided in our intake form. Several times they've claimed to complete something that was done by our team in-house, and for months were working on a landing page that wasn't even discussed.
