Mr. Sequeira is a member of the Southern California Mediation Association (SCMA). His Mediation and Negotiation Services Corporation is government certified in California and is also Federally certified. Mr. Sequeira is a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles (CAALA), International Trademark Association (INTA), American Society of International Law (ASIL), American Branch of the International Law Association (ABILA), and a legal counsel for the Christian Center for Human Rights (CCDH). He is a Member of the National Association of Mortgage Underwriters (NAMU-CFLA). Mr. Sequeira completed his Master’s in Intellectual Property Law and Entertainment Law at Southwestern Law School in Los Angeles.
