Most clients reach out when their QuickBooks doesn’t match their bank balance, or they’re months behind on reconciliation and are not sure where things went wrong. That’s the work I do every day as a QuickBooks Online bookkeeper specializing in cleanup, catch-up, and account reconciliation.

I’m a QuickBooks Online Advanced Certified ProAdvisor (Level 2) and Xero Certified Advisor with 11+ years of experience. I’ve worked with more than 550 businesses across the US, UK & Canada. Most of the work involves fixing books that were never set up correctly in the first place.

The core of what I do is cleanup and catch-up bookkeeping - fixing miscategorized transactions, reconciling bank accounts, credit cards, Stripe, PayPal, and payment processors, and catching up months or years of missing work. Most clients finish with a clean P&L, a reconciled Balance Sheet, and financials their CPA can actually use.

I work across four main areas:

Ecommerce - Amazon, Shopify, eBay, Etsy, Walmart sellers. Platform payout reconciliation using A2X & Synder, so your books show actual sales, fees, and refunds, not just lump deposits.

Short-term rentals - Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking,com hosts. Payout reconciliations, property-level tracking, and clean reporting for tax time.

Real estate - Fix and flip tracking, mortgage reconciliation, and property-by-property reporting in QuickBooks.

Small business - Monthly bookkeeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll recording, year-end reporting.
