I have vast experience drafting myriad business-related documents, pleadings, memoranda of law, cease and desist letters, demand letters, and opinion letters.

My business-related documents include service agreements; partnership agreements; independent contractor agreements; LLC operating agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and employment agreements with specific emphasis on restrictive covenants (non-compete, non-solicitation, non-inducement). On average projects that include these types of agreements take 2 hours to complete.

On Upwork I focus on providing paralegal services to individuals, lawyers, and businesses, even though I am a Pennsylvania licensed attorney. I often research law that spans the country with concentration on Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York. I earned my J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2000. I hold a B.A. in Philosophy from Reed College that I obtained in 1996.

Please note, as of 11/2024, my posted hourly rate is only for the first five hours of work performed in 2020 and only for the specific Upwork-based project.
