Bring Books Current & Monthly Bookkeeper
My experience with Walija was initially decent. I appreciated how she kept my books current without needing reminders. However, understanding and then implementing my feedback proved to be increasingly difficult, resulting in me having to undo a bunch of transactions and re-cateogrize them among other issues like this, which is why the contract ultimately ended. She would book transactions without knowing what they are and didn't take the time to ask me for more information and would book recurring transactions in different accounts, which doesn't make sense. I mentioned multiple times not to do this, yet she kept doing it. I tried hard to make it work because I really liked how she didn't needed reminders, but I ended up spending too much time correctly things, which defeated the whole purpose of hiring her in the first place.
